Review by Steve "Sparky" Hassenplug:
During the first coupla songs, two roadies of the next band to perform were crouched behind their band's drum kit, messin' with cables and stuff. The problem was that Todd was standing not ten feet in front of them, and it became, understandably, a nuisance to him. Toward the end of the third song "What's Wrong With You", Todd stopped, laid down his guitar (none too gently) and walked off stage! As he made his way to the side-stage area, I heard him ask (heavy on the sarcasm) another roadie, "Am I playin' here, or are we settin' up, or what?" He continued off stage, and an uneasiness settled among the crowd...at least where WE were. A few folks shouted out angry remarks to the roadies; to the effect that they should maybe LEAVE. Todd returned after five minutes, sense of humor still in check, as he told the crowd, "You know, I used to have a band. I figure that when I get another one...we should REHEARSE first." There was a huge guffaw from the crowd, and we were off and runnin' again.
