NOTES

Disc 2 not for trade (XM Broadcast).
The four discs include the following:

Disc 1 - Extras
Disc 2 - Threadgill's SBD recording broadcast on XM Satellite Radio
Disc 3 - Complete recording of Momo's performance
Disc 4 - Live Set broadcast on KUT hosted by Larry Monroe (aired 6/18/05).

Some digital noise during Alright Guy on the KLBJ broadcast. A tiny bit of digital noise on Conservative Christian on Disc 2. Short skip in Nashville on Disc 3.

Read a great summary of Todd's involvement in SxSW from Todd Smith's Sharkbitten.com.

On the KLBJ interview, Todd plays Alright Guy but starts the song with the third verse and works himself backwards to the first. During the Threadgill's performance on Disc One, an interview with Dave Hixx (Todd's road manager) is dubbed over Ballad of the Kingsmen. Will Kimbrough joined Todd for several of these performances. Dave is also interviewed on the evening interview at the end of Disc 1.

On Ballad of the Kingsmen:

  • KGSR Morning: "He gets a lot of chicks now."
  • Threadgill's: "Now you would not believe the chicks this guy's pullin' in."
  • Momo's: "Now he gets a lot of chicks."

On Alright Guy:

  • KLBJ Broadcast: "...new book with all them pictures of Willie Nelson naked..."
  • Momo's: "...new book with all those pictures of Pat Green naked..."
  • Momo's: "I know I'm dirty and I know I've smoked about a mile and a half of dope. Man, it ain't like I went on TV and did something worse than smoking a mile and a half of dope."

On Iron Mike's Main Man's Last Request:

  • KUT Live Set: "...let's take the Porsche to the nudey bar."

On Nashville:

  • Threadgill's: "There isn't nothing wrong with Will or Nancy Griffith or Steve Earle or Billy Joe or Tim Carroll or BR549, Legendary Shack Shakers, Gillian Welch...."
  • Momo's: "Home of Steve Earle, Nancy Griffith, Legendary Shack Shakers, BR549, Hank III, Gillian Welch, Emmylou Harris, Sawyer Brown...okay, maybe we got a few things fucked up."
